Workout details:
A top-of-the-range beauty treatment that tightens and rejuvenates facial skin. The workout consists of 3 phases. The first phase is a deep cleansing of the skin with the ultrasonic vibrations of the FaceScrubber followed by a facial instrument workout, which is practiced with the EMS machine using faraday muscle toning to lift and firm the skin. This is followed by the injection of vitamins directly into the skin with the FaceAirbrush, which will leave your skin hydrated and revitalized. The incorporation of the applied vitamins will be aided by an ultrasonic head, which works its way to incorporate all the nutrients into the lower layer of your skin. We continue with a special manual facial workout. With the specialised FaceCold Hammer cooling head, we close the pores, promote natural collagen production and give the skin an overall regeneration after the workout. The Antiage workout is ideally repeated once a month, or 1 every two months, in conjunction with your regular beauty treatment to maintain muscle tone and to deeply nourish facial muscles and skin.

The ideal is to be well hydrated. Make sure you don't have clothes tight around your neck before your workout. And after your workout, you can have subtly shinier skin.
